Jazmine Williams

Jazmine spent the first 7 years of her career in Higher Education, working with students focused on both student development and professional growth. Transitioning out of the education field, Jazmine joined Rocket Companies, where she served as Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. During her tenure at Rocket Companies, Jazmine shaped the framework for the Team Member Resource Network Program, Rocket

Companies’ version of Employee Resource Groups, led the team’s engagement efforts, and built out DEI strategies for their subsidiary companies.

After 6 years at Rocket, Jazmine joined Medline Industries, one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of medical supplies, as Senior Director of Inclusion and Diversity. There, she owned all belonging, engagement, and inclusion efforts, including building out the Belonging and Engagement team and creating the company's first Inclusion strategy and focus areas. In this role, her impact reached both local and global

employees.

Jazmine holds both a Bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University in Communication and a Master’s degree from Saint Louis University in Communication Research. Additionally, she was honored as one of the Michigan Chronicle’s 40 under 40.  Jazmine enjoys spending her free time traveling, watching movies, and being with her friends and family.
